The Nexte mobile application allows users to book sports facilities, including football fields, with partner clubs, create or join public matches, and connect with other players who share similar interests. Nexte acts as a technology platform facilitating connections between users and clubs, as well as enabling the organization of matches between players.

The application is operated by Nexte Sports SARL, a limited liability company with a share capital of 100,000 MAD, registered with the Casablanca Commercial Registry under number 467199, with its registered office located at RUE SOUMAYA IMM 82 ETG 2 N 04 QUARTIER PALMIER, CASABLANCA, Morocco, and identified under ICE number 003751445000034.
3. Legal Basis and Data Processing
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including Moroccan Law No. 09-08 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. The processing of your data is based either on your consent (for example, when creating your account or using certain features), on the necessity to perform the services provided by Nexte, or on Nexte’s legitimate interests, particularly to ensure the proper functioning, security, and improvement of the platform, unless such interests are overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms.
4. Data Collected
As part of using the application, Nexte may collect personal data such as your first and last name, email address, phone number, profile picture, skill level, and any additional information you choose to provide in your profile. We may also collect data related to your activity on the platform, including bookings made, matches joined or created, transactions completed, as well as technical data such as your IP address, device type, and connection logs.
5. Data Sharing and Visibility
Certain features of the application involve limited sharing of your data with other users. In particular, when you create a public match as an organizer, your phone number may be visible to other participants in order to facilitate match coordination. By using this feature, you expressly consent to this sharing.
Your personal data may also be shared with partner clubs for the purpose of managing bookings, as well as with technical service providers involved in the operation of the application, including payment processing, hosting, and maintenance.
6. Payments
Payments made through the application are processed by a secure third-party provider (Payzone). Nexte does not store users’ full banking information.
7. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the services, for the duration of your account activity, and may be retained beyond that period where required by legal obligations, particularly for accounting or regulatory purposes.
8. Your Rights
In accordance with applicable laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of your personal data. You may exercise these rights at any time by contacting us at: support@nexte.app.
9. Account Deletion
You may request the deletion of your account directly within the application or by sending a request to support@nexte.app. Deleting your account will result in the removal of your personal data, subject to any legal obligations requiring retention.

Nexte implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data, including protection against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.
